6-phase expansion and renovation project of an active Otsego Memorial Hospital. Ultimately the expansion increased the size of the Emergency Department, Ambulatory Care, and Surgical Services. The project also upgraded the existing Nuclear Med suite, the hospital electrical service, backup power source, and replaced the outdated boiler system with high efficiency boilers.
